Wendy has been in the real estate industry since 1985. She has worked as a sales agent and 20 years as a residential real estate appraiser and property manager. She has been in the property management sector since 2014 and has experience in both multi-family and single-family management.

Financial industry where she remained for 10 years. While working with Realtor’s on a daily basis she left the mortgage industry in 2007 to delve into Real Estate. She worked in new construction for a local builder for the first 2 years before going into general brokerage. She always wanted to know everything she could about constructing a home before selling them. Celena handles Real estate transactions in Charleston Summerville and all surrounding areas of the low country. She has an extensive mortgage background which aids in making all transactions as seamless as possible. She prides herself on superior customer service and integrity while being an active member of the National Association of Realtors. She always loved working with buyers.
